Ajo89 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using the ajo89 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ajo89 platform (including the website, mobile app, or related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ajo89. 2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of ajo89 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Ajo89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Users who fail to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may have their access to certain features restricted.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. ajo89 will never ask for your password through any external communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.
All activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits, and withdrawals — will be treated as actions authorised by you until you formally report otherwise to ajo89.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the ajo89 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, disruptive, or fraudulent.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure systems.
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable.
3. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the ajo89 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from a legitimate account held in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including TNG eWallet, FPX through local banks, and online bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the chosen method. ajo89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of full identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and may take anywhere from a few hours to three business days. ajo89 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
Disputed Transactions
If you wish to dispute a transaction, please contact the ajo89 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.

Platform Liability Limit
Ajo89 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions, unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence, or technical decisions beyond the platform's control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ajo89 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ajo89 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has been found in breach of any part of these terms.
- Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering detected on the account.
- The user has been found operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
- The user has failed to complete the required identity verification process.
- Directives from relevant authorities.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ajo89 reserves the right to hold any remaining balance for investigation purposes before any decision is made regarding the return of funds.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the ajo89 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ajo89 or its respective content providers and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international copyright law.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ajo89 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The ajo89 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or sports data providers. ajo89 does not control the content or privacy practices of these third parties and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of their services.
